100 Day Project
The 100 Day Project was originally a class assignment by Michael Bierut, which recently gained popularity in part due to Elle Luna and the Great Discontent. The idea is that if you spend 100 consecutive days practicing a skill, you get much much better at it.
I challenged myself to do 100 days of lettering, and while I definitely skipped a lot of days and accidentally did just illustration some day (and not lettering) - I definitely improved. I highly recommend trying a new skill, or developing a favorite one this way. Below are an assortment of the pieces I created.
